Step 1

Discovery Call / Consultation

You submit a request outlining your requirements - whether for a custom formulation or from our existing scent catalogue. Volume minimums start at 2kg.

Step 2

Proposal & Payment

You'll receive a written brief and quote. Once approved, we take a 50% deposit to initiate the creative phase.

Step 3

Creation & Sampling

The best part. We start to develop your fragrance using the raw materials. The process is dependent on the nature of your project you can expect 3-4 weeks before your first sample arrives.

Step 4

Review & Refinement

We gather your feedback and reconsult if needed. The fragrance is refined accordingly, with unlimited revisions included.

Step 5

Final Approval

The finished fragrance is delivered in your requested volume (minimum 2kg) along with all regulatory paperwork.

2. Bulk Fragrance Formulation & Supply

We begin with a conversation to understand your fragrance requirements. This helps us determine direction, tone, and technical requirements.

Step 2

Scent Proposal

We provide you with fragrance options tailored to your request, including:

Olfactive description & composition profile
IFRA conformity confirmation
Sample dispatch (where required)

Step 3

Approval & Payment

Once you approve the formula, we will collect the payment to ensure we can begin on the large-scale compounding of your fragrance.

Step 4

Production

Your fragrance compound is manufactured via our UK partner manufacturer. Batches are filled in bulk containers and packaged securely for international freight or domestic delivery.

Step 5

Dispatch & Supply

We manage logistics to ship your fragrance safely and efficiently. Shipping documentation is included to support customs, trade platforms, or contract manufacturer use.
